Current Opportunities National Sales Department Manager An exciting and expanding National junior's jewelry wholesale company seeks a high skilled and motivated Sales Manager. This position will provide leadership and direction to our Account Managers, Customer Service Representatives, Business Analysis and our outside Rep force to grow revenue in existing accounts and expand our client base. This position oversees the day to day management and development of our Mid-Tier and Specialty accounts in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be results oriented with an understanding of achieving a high level of customer satisfaction, managing varied and changing needs of the sales department and representing the company's mandate and product offering. Must have proven abilities to build and develop a strong sales team as well as work with a unifying approach with the Marketing, Product Development, and Operations Departments. Department team management and effective sales growth experience is absolutely required. This position reports directly to Senior Management.
